The Battle Hardened, part of the Flesh and Blood tournament series, recently took place in Belgium and was a huge success. With 226 participants, it was sold out and marked the biggest Battle Hardened and the biggest event in Belgium ever. The participants were competing in a highly competitive environment, but the organizers provided great support through side events and extra prizes for the 200 people participating in the ProQuest.
Players from different parts of Europe, including the Netherlands and Austria, participated in the tournament. Andre Sandoval from the Netherlands won the ticket through a Twitter giveaway and enjoyed the tournament despite getting *kicked* in one of his matches. Rafi, a competitive player from Austria, came to the tournament with two friends and made it to the top eight with zero losses. He thinks the battle island is a great addition to the Flesh and Blood tournament series, but the prizes could be distributed better to include lower-ranked players.
Last year's Calling Utrecht winner, also shared his thoughts on the Battle Hardened. While he thinks it's a nice addition to the ProQuest and nationals, he feels there are too many people participating in such a tournament, making it rough to make it to the top eight.
The tournament was held at a beautiful venue and was a great success, with participants having a great time and enjoying the amazing events and amazing people. Although some players feel the prizes could be distributed better, the Battle Hardened was a highly competitive and enjoyable event for all those who participated.

We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and look forward to seeing what he will achieve next.
